The firm’s Intellectual Property department has strong experience in intellectual and industrial property. The firm provides specialized assistance in registration and management of industrial property, transfer and licensing of trademarks, trade names and logos, as well as consulting in areas such as advertising, protection and management of personal data and trade secrets, software, databases, and intellectual property covered by copyright. 

The department provides full assistance and representation in litigation, both in and out of court, for protection of intellectual property rights against competitors and counterfeiters. In addition, the department has specialized knowledge in information technology and provides a wide range of services in electronic commerce and software, handling contracts and agreements relating to licensing and transfers. We work closely with our transactional and tax lawyers on the intersection of intellectual property and corporate issues, and are involved in negotiating and drafting franchising and merchandising agreements.
